These Terms of Use govern your use of benchmarkmedicalbilling.com (the "Site"), operated by Benchmark Medical Billing ("Benchmark"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Informational purposes

Site content describes our services in general terms. It is not legal, tax, coding or medical advice. Pricing shown is a summary; your exact rate and terms are set out in a signed service agreement.

No patient information

You agree not to submit protected health information or other patient information through the Site, its forms or our scheduling tool.

Client services

Billing services are provided only under a written service agreement and Business Associate Agreement. If those agreements conflict with these terms, the agreements control.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation.
• Do not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

Client portal

The client portal is not open yet. When it opens, access will be limited to authorized users of client practices and subject to additional terms provided at onboarding.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the Benchmark Medical Billing and Steadfin OS names and marks, belong to Benchmark or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Third-party links

The Site links to third-party services such as Calendly. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Benchmark is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
