How we work
Onboarding, step by step.
Remote across Oregon and Washington, and in person in Lane County.
Onboarding
Six steps from first call to first claim.
- 01
Discovery call
We learn about your practice, payers and current billing.
- 02
Assessment & proposal
We review your payer mix, volume and open A/R, then propose a rate.
- 03
Agreement & BAA
Sign the service agreement and BAA electronically.
- 04
Portal setup
Secure logins with two-step sign-in.
- 05
Payer setup
Enrollment, ERA/EFT setup and any credentialing. Billing starts once each payer is active.
- 06
Go live
You upload encounters. We file, post and work the A/R.
Every claim
After go-live, every encounter takes the same path.
- 01
Encounter uploaded
Your team uploads encounter forms to the secure portal.
- 02
Claim built
Charges, codes, demographics and payer details are entered and matched to the right payer.
- 03
AI-assisted coding check
Codes are checked against the documentation before submission. The AI only suggests; it never submits.
- 04
Coder approval
A human coder resolves every flag and signs off.
- 05
Submitted & tracked
Sent through the clearinghouse. Acknowledgments and rejections are checked, then the claim is followed until it is paid or closed.
Security
Secure by default.
A Business Associate Agreement is signed with every client before any patient information is shared. Client files and patient data are exchanged only through the secure client portal or another secure method agreed with each client at onboarding, never by email. The client portal uses two-step sign-in. Upload encounter forms or a scheduling or charting export. No migration needed.
Become a Client
You see the patients.
We work the claims.
Start with 30 minutes on your payer mix, your denial patterns and where your A/R is aging.
Please don't share patient information when booking.
