About us
Benchmark Medical Billing helps healthcare providers get paid fully and on time for the care they give. We work with solo providers, group practices, surgery centers, dental offices and healthcare organizations across a wide range of specialties. We're based in Oregon and serve Oregon and Washington today, with more states coming soon.
We handle the whole revenue cycle: clean claim submission, quick follow-up on denials, payment posting and steady follow-up with payers. That way your team can spend its time on patients instead of paperwork.
Every claim runs on Steadfin OS, our own billing platform, which runs on HIPAA-eligible cloud services in the US. You'll see your numbers anytime in your own client portal, and you'll always have a real person who knows your account.
