The Steadfin OS client portal is where onboarded clients will upload encounters, answer coding questions, see billed, collected and A/R aging, and exchange files securely with two-step sign-in.
Portal accounts are created during onboarding, after the service agreement and Business Associate Agreement are signed. There is nothing to sign up for here.
Client files and patient data are exchanged only through the secure client portal or another secure method agreed with each client at onboarding, never by email.
